Muscle loss is one of the main reasons people feel less energetic as they get older. Exercise and fitness training can help you rebuild the muscle, but working out as an older adult requires a different kind of attention.
Exercise helps stop, delay and sometimes improve serious illness like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, and osteoporosis. It can also help you brain stay sharp and improves coordination to prevent dangerous falls later on in life.
At Humble Fitness, we specialize in one-on-one training. Unlike other studios this means you are the ONLY client in the studio during your training time. You get our undivided attention – no distractions, no other trainers or clients to work around.
We only offer small group sessions (2-3 people with one trainer) in select situations. We will work with you as much or as little as you want to, although for maximum results we recommend 2-3x/week.
Of course it depends on your goals and how dedicated you are to reaching them! A typical session lasts 50 minutes but we are open to 30-minute sessions as well. Your initial consultation is FREE and we talk extensively about your goals, past fitness/diet history, limitations (whether physical or time), and tell you how we can best help you reach those goals.
