We specialize in one-on-one training. Unlike other studios, this means you are the ONLY client in the studio during your training time.
You get our undivided attention – no distractions, no other trainers or clients to work around.
We only offer small group sessions (2-3 people with one trainer) in select situations. We will work with you as much or as little as you want to, although for maximum results we recommend 3x/week. Of course it depends on your goals and how dedicated you are to reaching them! A typical session lasts 50 minutes but we are open to 30-minute sessions as well.
