We specialize in one-on-one training. Unlike other studios this means you are the ONLY client in the studio during your training time. You get our undivided attention – no distractions, no other trainers or clients to work around. We only offer small group sessions (2-3 people with one trainer) in select situations. We will work with you as much or as little as you want to, although for maximum results we recommend 2-3x/week. Of course it depends on your goals and how dedicated you are to reaching them! A typical session lasts 50 minutes but we are open to 30-minute sessions as well. Your initial consultation is FREE and we talk extensively about your goals, past fitness/diet history, limitations (whether physical or time), and tell you how we can best help you reach those goals.
